Shipping Australia-wide is free of charge.

International shipping is additional to the purchase price and is calculated after purchase.

Each piece is packed carefully and shipped via tracked, express courier.
You will receive tracking information once your artwork is dispatched. 

ORDER Processing times

All artworks will be processed and ready to ship as soon as possible, while taking the required care to get your piece to you safe and sound.

I will always be in contact regarding any delays and keep you updated throughout your order progression.

Once items are dispatched, an email is delivered to the email address you provide at the checkout. You will have access to tracking information that provides you updates throughout the shipment.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully when purchasing any item, as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on items due to change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days after receiving your item by emailing hello@kellymaddocks.com

Original Artwork Care: Essential Tips

1. Placement and Display

  • Choose an appropriate location for displaying your artwork, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures and humidity.

  • Protect your artwork from direct sunlight or bright artificial light, as it can cause fading or discoloration over time. 

  • Avoid placing paintings near sources of heat such as fireplaces, or in the direct path of air conditioning/heating.

  • Hang paintings away from areas prone to moisture, such as bathrooms or kitchens, to prevent water damage, warping or mould growth.

2. Handling

  • When handling a painting, make sure your hands are clean and dry to avoid transferring oils or dirt onto the surface

  • Avoid touching the painted surface directly.

3. Cleaning

  • Dust your painting regularly using a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Gently wipe the surface in one direction to remove dust.

  • If there are stubborn stains or grime, consult a professional art conservator to avoid causing further damage. Never attempt to clean it yourself with water or cleaning agents.

Remember, every artwork is unique, and some may require specific care instructions based on the medium, style or artist's recommendations. FINE ART PRINT CARE: ESSENTIAL TIPS

1. Framing and Mounting

  • Frame your fine art print to protect it from dust, UV rays and physical damage

  • Use acid-free mats, backings and UV-protective glazing materials while framing to prevent discolouration or deterioration over time

  • Consider professional framing to avoid damage and long-term side effects of improper framing materials.

2. Handling

  • When handling your print, make sure your hands are clean and dry to avoid transferring oils or dirt onto the surface

  • For prints with dark colours on the edges, consider handling with cotton gloves to avoid visible marks.
