Shipping is free worldwide. 
Each piece is packed carefully and shipped via tracked express shipping.

Shipping outside of Australia will need to pay any import duties.

You will receive tracking information once your artwork is dispatched. 

ORDER Processing times

All artworks will be processed and ready to ship as soon as possible, while taking the required care to get your piece to you safe and sound. These processing times give an indication on how long it will take to prepare your order for shipping. I will always be in contact regarding any delays and keep you updated throughout your orders progress.

Originals: 7-14 business days
Goods: 14 business days

Once items are dispatched, an email is delivered to the email address you provide at the checkout. You will have access to tracking information that provides you updates throughout the shipment.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully when purchasing any item as we are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind.

If an item/s arrive damaged, please get in touch within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.All artworks will need to be packaged back into the packaging it was sent in. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original paintings are one-off pieces, so an exact replacement will not be possible.
